Arnold Wragg offers CAD CAM / Feature CAM off line programming in order to render a model from customer’s drawings calculating the operation / machining sequencing, tooling requirements, feeds, speeds and machining time prior to material being loaded on machine

Off line programming is part of Arnold Wragg’s set up reduction practises “SMED” (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) this methodology ensures optimum machining time with minimum waste aiding in prising structure maximizing output.

This coupled with Arnold Wragg’s Rotary Table “Tombstone” enables the company to run multiple components or “nesting” ensuring a high Value Adding – Non Value Adding ratio.
